In questa posizione supporti l'ottimizzazione e la riprogettazione della supply chain, lavorando con il team Tecnologia e Trasformazione. Implementi e mantieni IBM Maximo, contribuendo a progetti di digitalizzazione e miglioramento dei processi. Intervieni su incident, test e sviluppo di soluzioni custom per soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. Lavori in un contesto ibrido con focus su qualità software ed efficienza operativa. Unisciti a Deloitte per guidare trasformazioni di impatto nel settore manifatturiero.

Responsabilità
- Configura e personalizza IBM Maximo, ottimizzando prestazioni quando possibile
- Gestisce incident e service request entro SLA
- Supporto in fasi di test, debugging e ottimizzazione delle soluzioni
- Definisce e implementa workflow, report e moduli custom per il cliente
- Completamento autonomo delle attività coinvolgendo fornitori terzi e utenti finali quando richiesto
Requisiti fondamentali
- Laurea magistrale in materie STEM
- 2-5 anni in implementazioni tecniche o AMS IBM Maximo EAM in contesti di consulenza o software vendor/system integrator
- Certificazioni IBM Maximo Deployment Professional o ITIL
- Conoscenza di IBM Maximo v.7.6 e MAS v.8,9 e relative applicazioni
- Buona conoscenza del ciclo di vita degli asset, manutenzione predittiva/preventiva, ordini di lavoro e gestione inventario
- Conoscenza strumenti di sviluppo (Eclipse, BIRT) e reporting (IBM Cognos); WebSphere/WebLogic/Tomcat; gestione database
- Configurazione e personalizzazione di Maximo (Application Designer, Database Configuration, Automation Scripts); sviluppo di MBOs e Business Objects; creazione di workflow ed escalation
