Fratelli S.p.A. /b is seeking a bMaintenance Manager /b for the Castiglione Plant. The position will report directly to the bTechnical Area Manager /b and will be responsible for managing a team of b27 people /b. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pEnsure and maximize the reliability and efficiency of production and packaging lines through the planning and management of ordinary, extraordinary, corrective, and improvement maintenance activities, coordinating both internal and external resources. /p pPropose investment projects and technical interventions aimed at maximizing line performance and reliability. /p pEnsure the availability of adequate maintenance materials by timely requesting supplies in line with plant needs and the guidelines provided by the direct manager and the Group's functional references. /p h3Main Activities /h3 pEnsure compliance with all applicable safety regulations in the selection of technical components and the execution of maintenance activities. /p pEnsure the management and continuous updating of asset documentation and mandatory documentation related to plant fixed assets, in compliance with legal requirements and Group procedures. /p pDefine the most appropriate maintenance policies for production and packaging lines as bRLC (Responsible for Works and Costs) /b, including intervention methods for scheduled maintenance activities, timing, costs, and the allocation of internal and external resources, in accordance with Company guidelines and plant requirements. /p pEnsure the effective execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities on production and packaging lines, coordinating assigned personnel and external contractors while respecting production schedules and maintenance plans, and ensuring the best possible balance between time, costs, and operational efficiency. /p pEnsure effective planning of maintenance activities and services, reducing the duration and frequency of interventions, minimizing costs and downtime, and ensuring the continuous operation of production lines and plant facilities. /p pIdentify opportunities to improve machinery, systems, and technologies by taking into account their obsolescence. Manage modification requests from Production functions and define the most appropriate technical solutions to maximize production efficiency and minimize costs. /p pSupport the assembly and installation of new lines and machinery, collaborating during testing and production start-up activities and defining corrective actions in the event of changes or delays, in accordance with existing Group procedures. /p pContribute, together with the direct manager, to the management and development of assigned human resources, ensuring appropriate competence levels through employee engagement and in line with Company policies. /p pEnsure the proper management and reliability of maintenance data and information entered into the plant's bCMMS /b, enabling accurate data analysis and supporting a continuous improvement approach. /p h3Requirements and Skills /h3 pTechnical diploma in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent proven experience. /p pExcellent knowledge of mechanical drawings and technical documentation. /p pAbility to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic diagrams. /p pProficiency in bAutoCAD, Inventor, Microsoft Office, SAP, and Siemens STEP 7 /b, particularly for PLC troubleshooting and maintenance activities. /p pCOMPENSATION PACKAGE /p pThe gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 48.000, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Industria Alimentare) /p pThe Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications /p ulliThe position's compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer.
