Candidates that would impress us: You are graduate.Retribuzione / BenefitsMaintain up-to-date market insights and trends for assigned user segmentsIdentify user personas and journeys; propose UX KPIs and report on themAct as first contact for new prospects and educate them on space utilization possibilitiesTranslate user needs into technical requirements and support payload scopingAssist in payload development, certification, flight and operations phasesSupport utilization contracts and ongoing customer engagement post-missionGather feedback after missions and identify opportunities for follow-up engagementsResponsabilitàBachelor in Aerospace Engineering or STEM discipline; or Master in Aerospace Engineering (preferred)Familiarity with space field and in-space experimentation/utilizationExperience translating user needs for engineering teams (preferred)Excellent English; proficiency with MS Office #J-18808-Ljbffr
