You will manage teams, and advise clients at the highest strategic level on both big-picture and tactical matters, focusing on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes. /p h3What you’ll need: /h3 ul liExperience within a well-regarded management consultancy in an engagement leadership capacity /li liExperience across a range of AI and Generative AI topics, such as:ul liAI and Generative AI strategy /li liAI transformation programmes and enterprise adoption /li liLarge Language Models (LLMs), foundation models, multimodal AI, and AI agents /li liGenerative AI architecture, including cloud, on-premise, hybrid, and multi-model environments /li liKnowledge of scalable, secure, responsible, and cost-effective AI solutions /li liAI use-case identification, prioritisation, business case development, and value realisation /li liAI operating models, governance frameworks, policies, and controls /li liResponsible AI, including privacy, security, explainability, bias, safety, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance /li liAI risk management, model evaluation, monitoring, and assurance /li liData strategy, data governance, data quality, and data readiness for AI adoption /li liMLOps and LLMOps, including model deployment, lifecycle management, observability, and continuous improvement /li /ul /li liAI architecture and modernisation experience, including integrating Generative AI into existing applications, business processes, and customer journeys /li liExperience evaluating an organisation’s data, technology, and AI capabilities against long-term business objectives /li liExperience selecting and evaluating AI platforms, foundation models, technology vendors, and implementation approaches /li liExperience developing AI roadmaps, target operating models, capability requirements, implementation plans, and transformation programmes /li liExperience delivering AI proofs of concept and supporting the transition of solutions from experimentation into production /li liUnderstanding of the organisational and workforce implications of AI, including skills, culture, operating processes, and change management /li liDemonstrated intellectual curiosity and the ability to assist in the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems /li liAn ability to be hands‑on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously /li liMBA or other advanced degree preferred /li /ul h3Consulting Experience: /h3 ul liExperience within a well-regarded management consultancy in a project delivery capacity. /li liPrior experience in a problem‑solving capacity such as a solution/technical architect or analyst preferred /li liA consistent track record of leading people and building high‑performing teams that leverage technology to drive the mission‑critical priorities of commercial or government entities /li liAn ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non‑technical backgrounds towards a common goal /li liDemonstrated intellectual curiosity and the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 74,000 EUR - 84,000 EUR in Italy. Employees participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
