Global Product Manager for Digital Portfolio, Motion Service (location: Europe)

In this role you own the global strategy and rollout of ABB’s Electrical Signal Analysis (ESA) monitoring solution, aligning R&D, marketing and sales to drive adoption. You partner with senior stakeholders to set the roadmap, ensure revenue growth, and scale the offering across regions. You engage customers and sales teams to accelerate pipeline and market penetration. You thrive in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment and influence across the product lifecycle to deliver measurable impact.

• Define and execute the global ESA product strategy, roadmap and go-to-market plan, aligning R&D, market needs and business objectives
• Lead stakeholder engagement and executive communications to secure alignment and performance updates
• Drive global sales growth and market expansion by engaging customers, strategic accounts and local sales units
• Enable and optimize sales performance via training, enablement, pipeline reviews and removal of commercial barriers
• Champion cross-functional collaboration to refine product positioning and align R&D, marketing, operations and finance behind the growth strategy

• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in industrial technology, condition monitoring, or related fields
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales growth in global or multi-regional roles
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate at strategic and operational levels
• Willingness to travel internationally and engage directly with customers and sales teams
