Overview
In questa posizione di Salesforce Consultant all’interno della divisione ENG DIGITAL, sarai responsabile di guidare progetti Salesforce complessi con focus funzionale e organizzativo. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con le unità Business e ICT del cliente per allineare requisiti a soluzioni CRM e assicurare delivery efficace. Promuoverai miglioramenti end-to-end, dalla raccolta requisiti alla messa in esercizio. Unisci l’implementazione tecnica con la comunicazione chiara e risultati misurabili, contribuendo al successo della trasformazione CRM. Un punto di forza sarà la tua capacità di certificazioni Salesforce per creare valore aggiunto.
Responsabilità- Raccolta requisiti di business
- Redazione documentazione tecnico-funzionale
- Supporto a sviluppo e test per implementare processi con Salesforce CRM
- Collaborazione diretta con le unità Business e ICT del cliente
- 2-3 anni di esperienza in ambito Salesforce
- Gestione end-to-end dei processi dalla raccolta requisiti fino alla delivery in esercizio
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di interazione con team interni e cliente
- Conoscenza di Salesforce e moduli (Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud B2B- B2C, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform, CRM Analytics Tableau, Revenue Cloud, Digital Engagement, Industries, Heroku, Slack)
- Buona autonomia nella comunicazione in lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
- Spiccate capacità analitiche e di stesura documentazione e workflow
- Valore aggiunto: certificazioni Salesforce
