As a Business Unit Senior Controller, you will act as a strategic finance partner to BU leadership, delivering rigorous analysis and forward-looking insights to guide decisions and drive sustainable performance. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, translating results into actionable guidance for growth and profitability. You will collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial visibility and support go/no-go product decisions, contributing to the company’s strategic objectives. This role offers impact through shaping financial strategy and strengthening business partnerships.Retribuzione / Benefits

• Lead annual budget and quarterly forecasts for BU sales, capex, and operating costs in alignment with strategy
• Serve as primary finance partner to BU leaders, translating P&L results into actionable insights
• Deliver monthly/quarterly management reporting and variance analysis with narrative on risks and opportunities
• Act as sparring partner to BU General Manager to drive sustainable growth and profitability
• Conduct product profitability and investment return analyses; support new product business cases and go/no-go decisions
• Monitor sales and margin evolution with corrective actions based on variance analysis
• Build cross-functional relationships to foster a performance-driven culture
• Foster adoption of new analytics tools to enhance financial visibility and decision-support across BUs

Responsabilità

• Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics
• Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken)
• Minimum 5 years of controlling experience in complex multinational environments
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Accounting acumen with strong numeric and analytical abilities
• Highly organized with reliable work method
• Business acumen and proactivity in fast-paced contexts
• Curious, willing to learn, team player with good communication/listening skills
• Willingness to travel (plus)
