We are seeking an experienced Infection Prevention & Control Practitioner to develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention strategies across a specialized cardiovascular hospital. The role plays a critical part in reducing healthcare-associated infections and ensuring compliance with national and international infection control standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct infection surveillance activities.
  

• Investigate healthcare-associated infections.
  

• Develop infection prevention policies and procedures.
  

• Monitor compliance with hand hygiene and isolation precautions.
  

• Perform infection control audits.
  

• Deliver infection prevention education and training.

Requirements

Education & Certification

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  

• Infection Prevention certification preferred.
  

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience .
  

• Experience in infection prevention and control.
  

• Cardiac hospital experience is preferred.
