Our **DC/Pos Business Unit** is growing fast, and we are looking for ambitious individuals ready to build new business opportunities and play a key role in shaping the future of ICT market.**Your Role**As a **Customer Success Specialist – DC/POS**, you will drive business development in a strategic and rapidly expanding market. You will:* Identify and engage new B2B reseller partners in the Auto ID and DC/Pos space.* Generate leads through a mix of marketing activities, outbound campaigns, digital prospecting tools, and the Ingram Micro Xvantage platform.* Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to negotiation and successful onboarding.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Vendor Managers, Presales, Marketing, Finance) to design and execute growth strategies.* Track performance, manage your pipeline, and contribute to team KPIs while taking full ownership of your targets.* Share insights, new ideas, and market feedback to continuously improve our go-to-market approach.**What We’re Looking For*** Previous experience in B2B sales is considered a strong plus, ideally in IT distribution, vendor, or system integrator environments – **but it is not mandatory**.* Strong motivation to learn and grow in a commercial role within the IT and DC/Pos space.* Commercial acumen, curiosity, and a proactive approach.* **Fluency in Italian and good working proficiency in English** – stronger skills in English are a plus.* A collaborative attitude and entrepreneurial mindset, with a drive to achieve results.**What We Offer*** A **strategic role** in one of Ingram Micro’s fastest-growing business units.* The chance to **shape the market** by building new customer relationships from the ground up.* Access to **training, advanced tools, and vendor certifications** to grow your expertise.* Clear and transparent **career development opportunities**, including international paths.* A dynamic, collaborative, and performance-driven culture where results and initiative are rewarded.If you’re eager to take ownership, develop new business, and build your career in a global, people-focused company, **and be part of the future at Ingram Micro!**It’s no surprise that technology powers the planet.
