- Technical & Solution Business Development: Bundle with sales or KA manager to satisfy customer and do business development together. Align with customer project pipeline, provide technical & solution system design consulting, conduct detailed assessments of the technical and economic viability of PV projects, using simulation tools and financial models to support commercial decisions, provide pre‑sale, middle sale, after sale support.
- Product Solution Marketing: understand the needs of advanced self‑consumption and hybrid photovoltaic systems, including projects that integrate battery storage or other forms of hybridization. Transfer technical languages to marketing languages aligned with LONGi’s product portfolio.
- Energy Economic Assessment: Use and maintain extensive knowledge of PV design and simulation software (PVsyst, PV*Sol) to evaluate energy yield, optimize layouts, and support customer proposals.
- Pre‑ and Post‑Sales Support: Provide pre‑sales technical support across all markets, working closely with the Sales team on system design, quotation preparation, and client presentations. Deliver premium post‑sales support to strategic or aligned partners, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Training & Public Engagement: Conduct internal and external training sessions to strengthen technical understanding of LONGi products and solutions. Represent LONGi in industry webinars, partner events, and conferences as a speaker or technical presenter. The ideal candidate is confident speaking in front of an audience and able to communicate complex topics clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Experience in PV system marketing, project management, application engineering, or technical pre‑sales.
- Proven experience conducting technical and financial feasibility studies for photovoltaic projects.
- Proficiency in system CAPEX and LCOE calculation, like PVsyst or PV*Sol.
- Understanding of hybrid systems and energy storage technologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
comfortable leading trainings and speaking at industry events. - Proactive, customer‑focused, and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Fluency in Italian & English is required.
