ROLE SUMMARY:

The Admissions Officer is responsible for managing incoming applications and documentation, communicating with prospective families/students and offering personal guidance through the school visit/admission process. The Admissions Officer also reviews application files, participates in open days or other marketing events, liaises with academic departments and the front desk / adm and finance to facilitate information flow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and respond to admissions enquiries through OpenApply, email, phone and in person.
• Guide prospective families through the admissions and enrolment process from enquiry to induction.
• Maintain accurate admissions records across OpenApply, iSAMS and JDE.
• Track applications, class availability and enrolment data, ensuring timely follow-up with families.
• Organise and conduct school tours, assessments, interviews and admissions events.
• Liaise with academic staff to support application reviews, student placement and admissions decisions.
• Coordinate re-enrolment processes and prepare associated documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date admissions policies, forms, fee information and related materials.
• Produce admissions reports and support outreach and recruitment initiatives.
• Manage agent and corporate partnership processes and ensure compliance with relevant procedures.
• Support school marketing activities by providing content and promoting the school to prospective families.
