Area Manager, Fulfillment & Ops — Drive Safety & Quality

Amazon is seeking an Area Manager to lead a site’s safety, quality and productivity initiatives within the CF network. You will drive performance across shifts, mentor managers, and deliver projects that improve customer fulfilment outputs.
The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with senior stakeholders to standardise shift practices and raise operational excellence.
