IT TECHNICAL EXPERT EVDI SUPPORT

In ottica di crescita ed espansione continua, siamo alla ricerca di un IT TECHNICAL EXPERT eVDI SUPPORT per un Cliente leader nel settore servizi digitali, sicurezza informatica e gestione infrastrutture IT critiche.
I candidati ideali saranno inseriti presso il team progettuale del Cliente situato a Roma e si lavorerà in sede.
La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Gestione sistemistica e presidio delle piattaforme VDI (VMware Horizon 8, Citrix VDA)
- Amministrazione, configurazione e manutenzione dell’infrastruttura di virtualizzazione desktop enterprise
- Creazione, ottimizzazione e manutenzione di Golden Image Windows e Linux per pool desktop dedicati e floating
- Automazione del deployment massivo tramite VMware Instant Clone e gestione centralizzata dei profili utente (VMware DEM)
- Packaging e consegna centralizzata delle applicazioni tramite VMware App Volumes o Citrix App Layering
- Ottimizzazione prestazionale dei protocolli di display e grafica virtuale (Blast Extreme, PCoIP, Citrix HDX)
- Hardening di sicurezza, segmentazione di rete (VMware NSX) e redazione documentale (SOP, guide tecniche, troubleshooting)
Il profilo ideale deve avere le seguenti caratteristiche:
- Laurea triennale in Informatica, Scienze e tecnologie informatiche, Ingegneria dell’informazione o Diploma Tecnico in Informatica/Telecomunicazioni
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli analoghi di ingegneria e supporto specialistico L3 su architetture VDI/eVDI in ambienti complessi
- Conoscenza approfondita delle piattaforme di virtualizzazione desktop enterprise: VMware Horizon 8 e Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (VDA)
- Competenza avanzata nella gestione di Golden Image, Instant Clone e profili utente centralizzati (VMware DEM/Roaming Profiles)
- Conoscenza dell’infrastruttura di virtualizzazione sottostante: VMware vSphere (vCenter, ESXi), cluster vSAN, VMware NSX
- Conoscenza operativa dei protocolli di streaming e display remoto (Blast Extreme, PCoIP, Citrix HDX/ICA) e tecnologie vGPU
- Conoscenza sistemistica avanzata dei sistemi operativi client Windows (Windows 10, Windows 11), Windows Server e Group Policy Objects (GPO)
- Competenza in strumenti di automazione e scripting: PowerShell, VMware PowerCLI
