Prüfung und Erstellung von Auftrags-, Lizenz- und IT-Verträgen sowie Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen, Nutzungsbedingungen und Auftragsverarbeitungsverträgen
- Bewertung neuer Dienstleistungen und Produkte im Hinblick auf Datenschutz, inklusive Durchführung von Datenschutz-Folgenabschätzung und Mitgestaltung von Datenschutzprozessen
- Sicherstellung einer allgemeinen datenschutzrechtlichen Compliance durch Pflege zentraler Datenschutzdokumente und Abstimmung mit relevanten Teams
- Begleitung und Unterstützung bei Vertragsverhandlungen mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Partnern sowie Verhandlung von Verschwiegenheitsvereinbarungen, Auftragsverarbeitungs- und Rahmenverträgen
- Erstellung rechtlicher Einschätzungen zu komplexen und operativen Fragestellungen sowie Beratung der internen Teams
- Beobachtung relevanter Gesetze und Vorschriften wie Digital Markets Act, Digital Services Act, Artificial Intelligence Act oder ePrivacy und Ableitung notwendiger Maßnahmen für interne Teams
- Durchführung von internen Schulungen zu Datenschutz, Vertragsgrundlagen, Compliance und AI-bezogenen rechtlichen Risiken
- Koordination externer Kanzleien, Einholung spezialisierter Expertise und Qualitätskontrolle externer Leistungen
Kompetenzen
Juristische Exzellenz verbindest du mit wirtschaftlichem Denken und strategischem Blick. Deine Erfahrung erlaubt dir, Risiken frühzeitig einzuordnen, tragfähige Lösungen zu entwickeln und rechtliche Zusammenhänge klar zu vermitteln.
Datenschutz und Compliance sind Teil deines täglichen, auch operativen Wirkens. Du entwickelst dafür Strukturen, die regulatorisch standhalten sowie operativ und langfristig funktionieren.
Vertragsrecht, Datenschutz- und IT-Themen gehören ebenso zu deinem Repertoire wie Detailgenauigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein sicheres Gespür für unternehmerische Zusammenhänge. Du arbeitest digital, strukturiert und mehrsprachig – mit Schwerpunkt auf Deutsch sowie sicher in Englisch und Italienisch.
