RECEPTIONIST TURNANTE DI HOTEL
(no alloggio, residenti in zona)
Siamo alla ricerca, per struttura alberghiera situata a Venezia, di un RECEPTIONIST TURNANTE con esperienza
La risorsa lavorerà con orario su turni da definire, dal lunedì alla domenica, con riposi compensativi.
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Accoglienza degli ospiti in fase di check-in e check-out
- Gestione delle prenotazioni (telefoniche, via mail e tramite portali online)
- Assegnazione delle camere e inserimento dati nel gestionale alberghiero
- Fornire informazioni su servizi dell'hotel, orari, regolamenti e attrazioni del territorio
- Gestione delle richieste e delle segnalazioni degli ospiti durante il soggiorno
- Coordinamento con i reparti interni (housekeeping, manutenzione, direzione)
- Gestione dei pagamenti, emissione di ricevute/fatture e chiusura cassa
Requisiti fondamentali :
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di receptionist alberghiero
- Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese (altre lingue costituiscono un plus)
- Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali
- Attitudine al contatto con il pubblico e orientamento al cliente
- Precisione, affidabilità e capacità organizzative
- Conoscenza dei principali software gestionali alberghieri
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, weekend e festivi
