You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, with a great chance to gain practical experience and participate in an engaging learning path.Help us reshape our business and make a meaningful impact on various projects.**Roles & Objectives**As an Intern you will be part of our EHS Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.P.A and will be reporting to Manager Manufacturing Sustainability. The position will be based in Bologna.**Specific Responsibilities:*** Assist in the implementation of Sustainability and EHS initiatives and tools across the factory; * Support managers andsupervisors in promoting awareness on Sustainability policies, procedures and continuous improvement activities; * Collaborate in identifying improvement opportunities, weaknesses or emerging issues within ongoing Sustainability projects; * Support the creationand improvement of dashboards and data models in **Excel** (advanced) and **Power BI** (preferred).* Participate in site inspections, walkthroughs and routine Sustainability activities, supporting the team in data gathering and documentation (no autonomous risk assessment or formal evaluations).**Who we’re looking for*** Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Safety Engineering or related fields; * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, charts, formulas; * **Knowledge of PowerBI** or strong motivation to learn it quickly; * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; * Fluency in English and in Italian is mandatory, and will be tested throughout the interview process; **What we offer**Type ofcontract: Internship of 6 months length, full timeWork location: Crespellano, Bologna**Internship Start Date: May 2026****Full-Time**Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
