Product Specialist Wound Closure, Toscana

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Product Specialist to lead wound closure and healing product sales across south-central and southeastern Tuscany. The role combines clinical engagement with surgeons, tender management, and data-driven strategy execution within the MedTech Surgery division.

Responsibilities

• Engage surgeons and scrub nurses to educate them on wound closure product features and provide intraoperative training
• Manage public tender processes and private contract negotiations from initiation to completion
• Develop data management projects and predictive analytics to inform market insights
• Support digital health solution rollout and strategic execution across the region
• Collect and analyze health economic data to substantiate value propositions and drive product adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or Economics; Master's degree preferred
• 3–5 years minimum experience in healthcare or MedTech sector
• Native Italian and fluent English language proficiency
• Master's certification or hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Project Management, or Business Data Analytics
• Based in Tuscany region (Firenze Sud, Arezzo, or Siena preferred); willing to travel within assigned territory
• Expertise in key opinion leader engagement, medical sales, and tender preparation

Compensation: €36,000–€57,155 base, plus annual bonus and sales commissions
