Siamo Algómera, una Software House specializzata nello sviluppo di soluzioni digitali su misura (CRM, ERP, HR, MES, App e altro). Da oltre 10 anni affianchiamo le aziende nella loro trasformazione digitale con un approccio concreto, sostenibile e orientato ai risultati. Premiata per due anni consecutivi ai Le Fonti Awards come Miglior Software House dell'anno, oggi siamo pronti ad ampliare il nostro team commerciale con professionisti esperti.
- Il ruolo: Cerchiamo un commerciale B2B fortemente autonomo, in grado di sviluppare opportunità da zero: non forniamo liste di contatti o lead qualificati, quindi il ruolo richiede una capacità concreta di individuare e generare in autonomia nuovi clienti in target.
Cosa farai
- Svilupperai una rete di contatti e clienti B2B partendo da zero
- Genererai nuove opportunità commerciali tramite attività outbound, networking e iniziative personali
- Gestirai l'intero ciclo di vendita:
- analisi del bisogno
- proposta
- negoziazione
- chiusura
- Collaborerai con il team tecnico per costruire soluzioni su misura
- Parteciperai a eventi, fiere e attività commerciali
- Monitorerai e riporterai risultati e KPI
Cosa cerchiamo
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella vendita di software o soluzioni IT complesse
Capacità dimostrata di:
- procacciare clienti
- generare lead in autonomia
- Mentalità imprenditoriale e forte orientamento al risultato
- Ottime capacità relazionali e negoziali
- Organizzazione e autonomia operativa
- Disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia
- Ottimo utilizzo di CRM e strumenti digitali
Cosa offriamo
- Assunzione diretta (no P.IVA)
- Contratto a tempo determinato
- RAL: 30.000 – 40.000 €
- Bonus su ogni trattativa chiusa (definito caso per caso)
