In a fast-paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for building the TeamSystem core AI-bricks running LLMs, agentic AI and MCP servers. /ph3In particular, you will: /h3ulliDevelop core services of the AI Platform, including self-service access to LLM gateways, MCP infrastructure, and AI agent lifecycle management; /liliDesign and build platform capabilities that help product teams develop, deploy, and operate AI-powered applications at scale; /liliDrive the evolution of the platform through user feedback, platform telemetry, and collaboration with stakeholders; /liliWork closely with AI Engineers, Product Teams, and Business Units to enable the next generation of AI-powered products across TeamSystem; /liliContribute to architectural decisions and help shape the future direction of the platform. /li /ulh3What skills are we looking for? /h3ulliAt least 4-5 years of experience in platform engineering, cloud engineering, backend engineering, or similar roles; /liliStrong software engineering and problem-solving skills; /liliExperience with cloud infrastructures, containers, and Infrastructure as Code; /liliFamiliarity with Python backend development (we use FastAPI); /liliInterest in AI technologies and in building platforms that enable AI adoption at scale; /liliGood understanding of software architecture and scalable system design; /liliProficiency in English (B2 level). /liliExperience with LLM-based applications, AI agents, or MCP servers, as well as familiarity with observability, monitoring and telemetry solutions, platform engineering and developer experience initiatives, and AI governance, security, or cost management topics will be considered a plus. /li /ulpDo you recognize yourself in the skills we're looking for?
