Social Media Strategist

Antonioli Group is an Italian leader in the high fashion and luxury goods sector, pioneering the introduction of new trends and brands in the Italian market and, subsequently, worldwide. Beyond fashion, Antonioli's lifestyle offerings also include a Dance Club, a Restaurant, and a not-for-profit Foundation for the care and shelter of dogs.
Within the retail space, it currently operates with several boutiques (Milan, Ibiza, and Lugano), in addition to the E-Commerce platform antonioli.eu.
Antonioli owns several house-brands, focusing on the visions of global artists and creators: among its brands are the Belgian-origin brand Ann Demeulemeester and the Luxury Streetwear 44 LABEL GROUP.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communication, Antonioli group is looking for a Social Media Strategist , aimed at developing and implementing new social media strategies to increase brand awareness.

 

Main activities:

· Creation and execution of social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Twich, Little Red Book / Xiaohongshu).

· Coordination of external agencies.

· Creation and planning of cross-channel social media marketing.

· Work closely with the Publishers, Graphics Department, Customer Service, Buyers and Digital Marketing team.

· Manage day-to-day tasks including social media monitoring, reporting, community management and competitor analysis.

· Updated social media tools and best practices.

· Creation of a live social coverage for special events.

· Supports the company in marketing technology choices.

 

Qualifications:

· 3+ years' experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.

· Native, fluent or bilingual in English.

· Able to work flexibly, embrace and manage change, deal with ambiguity and able to work as part of a team.

· Possess high levels of organization and have a performance & results driven mentality.

· Previous experience and a passion for the fashion & luxury industry is mandatory.
