Menswear Fashion Designer

For a new luxury fashion project based in Milan, we are currently looking for a Senior Menswear Fashion Designer to join the creative team.
The project focuses on contemporary luxury menswear, combining tailoring, street culture, sport influences and elevated design language.
Responsibilities- Designing and developing menswear collections
- Researching fabrics, silhouettes and creative direction
- Following the collection from concept to final development
- Working closely with suppliers, pattern makers and production teams
- Supporting fittings and collection execution
- Contributing to the overall visual and creative identity of the brand
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury fashion company
- Strong menswear design background
- Excellent knowledge of luxury product development and fabrics
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and contemporary vision
- Ability to work independently and within a creative team
- Based in Milan or available to relocate
- Fluent English and Italian are mandatory.
