Serve as the primary contact for technical matters with customers.Ensure complete and multidisciplinary information in engineering development.Lead the development of new solutions for complex projects and challenges.Drive the completion of all engineering activities on projects.Provide technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning activities.Prepare project documents within budget, scope, and contract.Ensure adherence to safety standards and mitigate potential risks.Maintain technical quality in contracts, documents, and deliveries.
Your Background
Academic degree in Engineering (e.G., Electrical Engineering or similar).5+ years of experience in a similar lead role.Experience with HVDC technology is a plus, but not required.Previous experience with Italian utilities (Terna) is a plus.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to take a leading role and deliver quality results.Fluency in English and Italian, both verbally and in writing;
other languages are an advantage.
