Join our design team to shape how users engage with recommendations, making them personalized, contextual, and relevant. /p pAs a Product Designer L2 / Senior Product Designer, Trip Marketing, you’ll lead the design of cross-sell and recommendation across all of our user touchpoints. You’ll partner closely with engineers, user researchers, and product managers to design interactions that feel human, helpful, and seamless. /p pThis is a hands‑on role where you’ll set UX strategy, drive complex design initiatives, and ensure our experiences are intuitive, scalable, and grounded in user needs. /p h3Experience Requirements Role Expectations: /h3 ul li6+ years of full‑time experience as a product designer for digital or web‑based products; in‑house experience highly preferred. /li liCreate visually stunning, intuitive, and delightful interfaces, and independently deliver pixel‑perfect UI and seamless interactions. You sweat the details and care deeply about craft. /li liYou are highly experienced in UI design, with deep knowledge of design patterns and a creative approach to solving problems through user interfaces. /li liProficient in both quantitative and qualitative research, with hands‑on experience running user interviews, synthesizing findings, and generating actionable insights to inform design decisions. /li liTake full ownership of the design process for a dedicated scrum, from discovery to delivery. You’ll set the design vision, define the user experience, and ensure high‑quality execution. /li liPartner with Product managers to shape product vision and roadmap.
