ppJob description: /ph3HSED Lead Engineer /h3pWe are looking for an HSED Lead Engineer to join our Plant Engineering Team in the Special Turn-key Projects Group of the Upstream Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have a with a strong passion for technology and motivation to work in a multicultural and international environment characterized by high technological complexity. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the overall Tenova HSE Design and Process Safety for large and complex steel and process plants, ensuring that health, safety and environmental aspects are integrated into the design of the projects. /liliEnsure that design complies with HSE legislation/standards/norms, focusing on hazard identification mitigation. /liliPrepare and review HSE design documentation, such as specifications, procedures, philosophies, reports, manuals, etc. /liliParticipate in design HSE reviews such as HAZID, HAZOP and SIL sessions. /liliParticipate in risk assessments and studies such as QRA, FERA. /liliDesign Hazardous Area Classification. /liliDesign active and passive fire protection (e.g. FG, firefighting and fireproofing design). /liliDesign environmental protection measures (e.g. BAT compliance, emission limits specification, noise study). /liliEnsure proper coordination between the Tenova Product Lines to achieve uniformity and consistency in HSED design. /liliSpecifically develop the HSED engineering of the Balance of Plant (BoP), i.e. the Scope of Supply not covered by individual Tenova Product Lines. /liliOversee the entire process of the material requisitions for the Fire Fighting equipment (MR, TBE, vendor follow up, review of vendor technical documentation). /liliEnsure proper coordination with other technical disciplines. /liliManage the outsourcing of HSED engineering (for specific deliverables or studies), ensuring compliance with contract standards and quality requirements. /liliSupport the Site Technical Office and Construction/Commissioning team during erection and commissioning phases /liliSupport Proposal department for preparation of technical proposals (review of tender documents, preparation of technical qualifications, technical descriptions, etc. /li /ulh3What we ask for /h3ulliMaster's degree in engineering /liliExperience in HSE engineering design / process safety in complex projects for steel, oilgas, power industries, including coordination and supervision of engineering subcontractors /liliKnowledge of major HSED international codes, standards and best engineering practices (API, IEC, NFPA, etc) /liliKnowledge of Hazard analysis techniques (e.g. HAZID, HAZOP, SIL) /liliFamiliarity with Office Suite, Autocad and Navisworks /liliProficient in English /liliAbility to manage relationships with Client/Partners/Suppliers technical experts /liliWillingness to travel /liliCollaborative approach, teamwork ability, problem solving skills and flexibility /liliStrong coordination and planning skills /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliThe opportunity to contribute to UpstreamTAT - Special Turn Key Project activities with a direct impact on business performance /liliA dynamic and international environment where ideas are valued and innovation is encouraged /liliContinuous learning opportunities through training, exposure to new technologies and cross-functional collaboration. /liliHybrid working model according to company policy and role requirements /liliPerformance Management through an annual appraisal and development process /liliCompany Canteen available on site /liliSupplementary healthcare coverage /liliWell-being initiatives to support employees /li /ulpFor the position, the starting gross annual salary will be from € 55.000, with the final offer determined based on the candidate's seniority, experience, and skills, as well as the outcome of the selection process. /ppWorkplace: Castellanza (VA) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
