The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church's, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities. /ph3Job Purpose /h3pAs Prada Client Advisor, You guarantee an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the Clients at the center, discovering their needs and expectations, fostering meaningful relationships, serving as a Brand Ambassador. /ppYou convey and promote the Brand philosophy and Values to the final Clients guiding them into the world of Prada Brand. /ppYou hold yourself accountable to achieve your individual and store sales target, acting as proactive player in ensuring the best service and responding to the customer needs, both in store and on e-commerce channel. /ph3Responsabilities /h3ulliPlace the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and striving to meet their every need and request, providing them with an excellence service in accordance to the "client journey ceremony"; /liliBe driven to exceed individual sales targets and maximize own sales performances contributing to the success of the entire store; /liliBe driven to exceed KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service; /liliDemonstrate an excellence knowledge of the products as well as Prada history, culture and DNA; /liliCapture Customer data into the Company CRM with the purpose of connecting to the client, maintaining and developing the relationships to offer a personalized approach and develop future opportunities; /liliFollow up with the Clients, using the CRM tools, in order to strengthen thelong term relationship with clients; /liliHost and conduct appointments either in presence or leveraging technology to do virtual appointments; /liliEmbrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset; /liliBuild and maintain an ample knowledge of the world of luxury fashion by being constantly informed on fashion trends and competitors, with the purpose to be able to discuss them with the clients and to give advises; /liliTake ownership of resolving Client complaints liaising with the line manager and Client Service team, when necessary; /liliOperate with the highest level of care and respect for the Products; /liliUtilize Company digital tools actively to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience; /liliWork in synergy with the Back of House, participating to the daily operations of the store and maintaining an organized stock room; /liliAct in compliance to Company procedures on operational guidelines and stock procedures, as well as security, cash activity, inventory, logistics and all main reporting activities requested by head office, ensuring that Company policies and procedures are proactively executed; /liliWork as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment, embracing Diversity and inclusion values. /li /ulh3Knowledge And Skills /h3pPrevious experience in a Client Advisor, Sales Assistant or similar role, preferably within the luxury fashion or premium retail sector. /ppStrong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and provide a high-level, personalized shopping experience. /ppPassion for fashion and luxury, with a genuine interest in the brand, its products and heritage, and the ability to effectively communicate product knowledge to clients. /ppResults-oriented, proactive and flexible, with a strong team spirit and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment while contributing to the achievement of individual and store targets. /ppRAL: 28.000 - 32.000 Euro /ppJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
