Data Analytics Specialist

• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to define theAI strategy for data analytics, focusing on decision support and predictive capabilities
• Evaluate and contribute to theselection and implementation of the AI-powered analytics platform, ensuring alignment with Tenova's strategic goals
• Explore and prototypeAI/ML modelsto extract insights from structured and unstructured data, supporting strategic planning and operational excellence
• Support the transition from legacy systems (e.g., SAP BW) by ensuring continuity of data access and quality, while driving innovation through new platforms
• Design and deliverinteractive dashboards and visualizations(Power BI or similar) to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all analytics and AI initiatives

• Solid experience withSAP Business Warehouse(data modeling, ETL, reporting)
• Strong understanding ofdata analytics architectures, with interest or experience inAI/ML applications
• Familiarity withPower BIor other BI tools is a plus
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent in English
