Enterprise Account Manager

Overview

In this role you will manage strategic, high-impact relationships with international merchants from diverse industries. You'll drive payments insights and growth opportunities while coordinating cross-functional teams across time zones. You'll act as a trusted partner, translating data into compelling stories and guiding customers through complex decisions. Responsabilità

• Build strong customer relationships and navigate client organizations across internal and external stakeholders
• Drive commercial discussions and help customers meet strategic/financial targets
• Provide strategic payments guidance and position Adyen as a trusted partner using data-driven storytelling
• Prioritize and execute short- and long-term projects across multiple accounts
• Serve as voice of the customer internally and feed back insights to teams

Requisiti fondamentali

• 4+ years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or complex software/financial services with a payments background preferred
• Strong ability to engage at all management levels
• Experience leading strategic payments conversations and coordinating high-level technical discussions
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into client goals
• Proficiency in Italian and English
• Experience in fintech or payments company is highly preferred
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Based in Milan with hybrid workplace (not remote-only)
