Since 2018, agap2 Italia has been supporting clients throughout Italy across the following sectors: Energy, Oil Gas, Steel, Hydrogen, Power Generation, and Construction. /ph3ABOUT THE ROLE – Offshore Hook-Up Commissioning Lead /h3pFor an important international Offshore Oil Gas project, we are looking for an experienced Offshore Hook-Up Commissioning Lead to oversee the offshore installation, hook-up and commissioning activities of Single Point Terminal (SPT) systems. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPlan, coordinate and execute offshore hook-up and commissioning activities for Single Point Terminal (SPT) systems, including: CALM Buoys; Turret Systems; Hose Systems; Pipeline End Manifolds (PLEMs). /liliEnsure the operational readiness of: Mooring Systems; Flexible Hoses; Risers; Product Transfer Systems; Marine Loading Equipment; Quick Release Hooks. /liliCoordinate installation interfaces between subsea facilities, PLEMs, risers and topside SPT systems. /liliSupervise and perform: Mechanical Completion; Pre-Commissioning Activities; Pressure Testing; Leak Testing; Functional Testing. /liliVerify that all systems are installed, commissioned and fully compliant with project specifications prior to start-up. /liliOversee system energization and integration of: SCADA Systems; Telemetry Systems; Emergency Shutdown (ESD); Fire Gas(FG) Systems. /liliLead multidisciplinary commissioning teams, vendors and subcontractors during offshore operations. /liliReview and validate commissioning documentation, including: Punch Lists; Red-Line Drawings; As-Built Documentation; Commissioning Dossiers. /liliCoordinate with marine teams to ensure correct buoy positioning, mooring integrity and offshore terminal stability. /liliWork closely with HSE personnel to ensure full compliance with: Permit to Work (PTW); Marine Safety Procedures; SIMOPS Requirements. /liliSupport offshore start-up activities, performance testing and operational readiness for crude or product loading. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical Engineering; ElectricalEngineering; InstrumentationEngineering; AutomationEngineering; Process Engineering. /liliMinimum 12 years of professional experience in Offshore Oil Gas after graduation. /liliProven experience leading hook-up and commissioning activities for offshore marine terminals, SPM/SPT facilities or similar offshore loading infrastructure. /liliStrong knowledge of offshore marine terminal systems and crude/product loading facilities. /liliAbility to read and interpret: PIDs; PFDs; Hook-Up Drawings; Vendor Documentation. /liliExperience coordinating multidisciplinary teams in offshore environments. /liliGood understanding of: Offshore Logistics; Vessel Coordination; SIMOPS; Commissioning Methodologies. /liliStrong commitment to HSE, quality standards and documentation control. /liliExcellent written and spoken English. /li /ulh3Preferred Skills /h3ulliStrong leadership and team coordination skills. /liliExcellent planning and organizational abilities. /liliAbility to manage complex offshore commissioning activities under schedule constraints. /liliProblem-solving mindset with a proactive approach. /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliHigh attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence. /li /ulpThe gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges from €70,000 to €100,000, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. The final compensation package will be determined based on technical expertise, relevant professional experience, level of autonomy in managing project activities, and the outcome of the selection process, following objective, transparent, and merit-based criteria.
