Essere in Lottomatica è molto più che far parte di un'azienda: significa contribuire a un progetto imprenditoriale grande e responsabile.Siamo alla ricerca, per una Società del Gruppo, di un profilo Planning & Delivery che entrerà a far parte del Dipartimento Digital & Betting, con l’obiettivo di guidare il monitoraggio delle performance del business B2C online dei nostri brand, la gestione di progetti strategici legati alla trasformazione digitale e l’ottimizzazione dei processi interni dell’area Digital & iGaming del Gruppo.**Principali attività*** Digital Strategy + Razionalizzare linee strategiche delle business unit del gruppo Digital e definizione strategia di sviluppo annuale + Guidare la pianificazione e l’execution di specifici progetti strategici per il Gruppo, assicurando rapida implementazione e allineamento costante agli obiettivi aziendali + Review dei processi aziendali in ottica di efficientamento e compliance con metodologie di Operational Excellence* Digital Financial Controlling + Monitorare le performance del business online contribuendo alla creazione di dashboard e KPI + Supporto operativo sui vari brand ai processi di ciclo passivo ed alla gestione del budget Opex/Capex delle BU (Marketing, CRM, Operations, ...) + Partecipazione al processo di Budget annuale ed ai Piani Operativi di varie aree aziendali* Delivery & Governance + Produzione e presentazione di roadmap, analisi ed avanzamenti al top management + Ingaggiare i vari team e abilitare strumenti che favoriscano engagement, efficienza e prioritizzazione di costi e risorse (cloud working, recurrent business meeting, ...)**Competenze richieste*** Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o altre materie STEM* Conoscenza delle metodologie di project management* Hands-on experience dei principali tool utilizzati in ambiente corporate (excel, power point, word, ...)* Spiccato senso della curiosità e ottime capacità analitiche e di sintesi, precisione, e attenzione al dettaglio* Ottima capacità comunicativa e conoscenza della lingua inglese* Attitudine al teamworking e buona gestione degli stakeholder**Saranno considerati un plus:*** Esperienza professionale in consulenza e conoscenza del gestionale SAP* Conoscenza settore betting/gaming e/o passione/conoscenza del mondo del gioco online**Cosa offriamo:*** Contratto a tempo indeterminato e opportunità di lavoro ibrido;* Laptop aziendale;* Formazione continua su hard skills e soft skills;* Stipendio annuo lordo commisurato all'esperienza (da 37k a 42k)* Job Grade: 2*Lottomatica attua una politica che garantisce pari opportunità e promuove diversità e inclusione, contro ogni forma di discriminazione.**In Lottomatica crediamo che ogni persona sia unica e consideriamo la diversity come una fonte di arricchimento personale e organizzativo.**Ci impegniamo ogni giorno affinché il nostro sia un ambiente aperto, sicuro e inclusivo, dove ogni persona possa essere pienamente se stessa indipendentemente da genere, religione, sesso, età, etnia, nazionalità, disabilità, stato civile o orientamento sessuale.**\*\*\*\*\*\**We are the Lottomatica Group, leader in regulated gaming in Italy and one of the largest European operators, in all areas of activity: sports betting, online gaming and amusement machines. Being in Lottomatica is much more than being part of a company: it means contributing to a great and responsible entrepreneurial project.We are looking for a Planning & Delivery profile for a Group company to join the Digital & Betting Department, with the aim of leading the monitoring of the performance of our brands' online B2C business, the management of strategic projects related to digital transformation, and the optimization of internal processes in the Group's Digital & iGaming area.**Main activities*** Digital Strategy + Review dei processi aziendali in ottica di efficientamento e compliance con metodologie di Operational Exc + Rationalize the strategic lines of the Digital Group's business units and define the annual development strategy + Lead the planning and execution of specific strategic projects for the Group, ensuring rapid implementation and constant alignment with corporate objectives + Review business processes with a view to improving efficiency and compliance with Operational Excellence methodologies* Digital Financial Controlling + Monitoring the performance of the online business by contributing to the creation of dashboards and KPIs + Operational support for the various brands in passive cycle processes and the management of the Opex/Capex budget of the BUs (Marketing, CRM, Operations, etc.) + Participation in the annual budget process and operational plans for various areas of the company* Delivery & Governance + Production and presentation of roadmaps, analyses, and progress reports to top management + Engaging various teams and enabling tools that promote engagement, efficiency, and prioritization of costs and resources (cloud working, recurrent business meetings, etc.)**Required skills*** Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or other STEM subjects* Knowledge of project management methodologies* Hands-on experience with the main tools used in a corporate environment (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)* Strong sense of curiosity and excellent analytical and synthesis skills, precision, and attention to detail* Excellent communication skills and knowledge of English* Aptitude for teamwork and good stakeholder management**The following will be considered a plus:*** Professional experience in consulting and knowledge of SAP management software* Knowledge of the betting/gaming sector and/or passion/knowledge of the world of online gaming**What we offer:*** Permanent contract and hybrid working opportunities;* Company laptop;* Ongoing training in hard and soft skills;* Gross annual salary commensurate with experience (from €37k to €42k)* Job Grade: 2
