With access to global projects, learning opportunities, and an inclusive environment that values every voice, you’ll have the space to shape the future with us. /p h3About The Team /h3 pYou’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liStrategic Partnership: Partner with logistics leadership to understand business priorities and provide strategic HR support to enhance organizational performance. /li liTalent Management: Lead talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs. /li liRecruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet JD's staffing needs in logistics and warehouse operations across Italy and Spain. /li liEmployee Relations: Manage employee relations, ensure a positive work environment, and address performance or behavioral issues in compliance with Italian and Spanish labor laws. /li liChange Management: Support organizational change and transformation initiatives aligned with JD's global vision. /li liCompliance Benefits: Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policies, ensuring full compliance with Italian labor law (Statuto dei Lavoratori, CCNL) and Spanish labor law (Estatuto de los Trabajadores), as well as applicable EU labor directives. /li liData-Driven Insights: Utilize HR data and analytics to continuously improve HR programs and processes. /li liCulture Building: Promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to strengthen JD's work culture. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience: Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, with a background in logistics, supply chain, or high-volume distribution centers preferred. /li liCommunication: Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing; proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish is highly preferred. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate a global corporate structure. /li liIndustry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the logistics or supply chain industry, including operational challenges and frontline talent needs in the Southern European market. /li liCore Competencies: Solid experience in performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational development. /li liStakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels. /li liLegal Expertise: Familiarity with Italian labor laws (CCNL frameworks, Statuto dei Lavoratori) and Spanish employment regulations (Estatuto de los Trabajadores, convenios colectivos), as well as relevant EU labor directives. /li /ul pAt JD.com, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
