In this global E-Commerce role you will own and drive the D2C E-commerce roadmap for the De'Longhi brand, coordinating with local markets to execute strategies and deliver growth. You’ll champion site functionality, content, and customer experience while exploring new technologies to enhance digital commerce. The position blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment, focused on premium online experiences and cross‑functional collaboration.   • Manage E-Commerce P&L and budget to achieve growth and profitability
  • Forecast sales to inform inventory and marketing planning
  • Optimize promotional spend with ADV and CRM & Marketing Automation teams
  • Lead global D2C operations (site functionality, content, CX) and align local strategies
  • Identify, test, and integrate new D2C technologies and features
  • Define roadmap for international E-commerce expansion and feature innovation
  • Maintain a pipeline of priority D2C website features and integrations
  • Collaborate with IT for system integration between D2C platform, ERP, and CRM
  • Ensure tax, credit, and compliance with Finance and Legal across markets
  • Optimize D2C customer service and logistics for premium post‑purchase experience
  • Monitor D2C KPIs, derive growth levers, and propose improvements
  • Deliver e-commerce insights to Retail Accounts and Product Development
  • Prepare regular reports and run Business Review Meetings with stakeholders
Responsabilità e Requisiti
  • 8-10 years in E-Commerce or digital roles
  • minimum 3 years leading D2C E-Commerce platforms in a multinational
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
  • Understanding of digital marketing landscape (SEO, data analytics, performance marketing, affiliates, CRM)
  • Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution ability in fast‑paced environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global and local teams
  • Proven cross‑functional leadership and transversal project management
  • Strong analytical mindset with data‑to‑insight skills (Google Analytics or SAP Analytics Cloud)
  • Excellent spoken and written English; Italian a plus
