Spanish Market Account Manager — Hybrid, Upsell Growth

Lexroom is redefining legal AI with a fast, trusted platform used by professionals across Europe. We’re growing rapidly and looking for a proactive Customer Success professional to own the Spanish portfolio from onboarding to renewal, drive upsell, and ensure retention.
You will be the single point of contact for Spanish customers, collaborate with Product and Marketing, adapt our playbooks to the Spanish market, and build dashboards to monitor KPIs.
