To strengthen its technical team, Cosmic Group's hiring a Customer Support Engineer to join a dynamic, customer-focused environment. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing systems at customer sites, training users, and supporting internal validation and repair activities.
Responsabilities:
Performs on-site installation of new systems at the customer’s location;
Performs periodic maintenance on internal systems and customer systems at their locations;
Provides support (both at Cosmic and on-site) for installed systems;
Processes incoming returns from customers;
Updates company databases with technical findings from the work performed;
Reports customer feedback and new requests to the Customer Support Manager.
Provide internal support to the Bring-up and Failure Analysis team for:
Validation/repair of ATE components
Validation/repair of interface board components
Conduct training for customers at our headquarters or at their facilities
Requirements:
-High school diploma in electronics or related field.
-Experience, even minimal, in electronic systems assembly and repair;
-knowledge of written and spoken English (minimum level B1)
-willingness to travel an average of 25%–30% of the days in the year
the position includes an annual gross salary of 26-30k €
