Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible. /ph3In this role, you will have the opportunity to: /h3ulliDelight customers through timely and competent response to their needs, coupled with clear communication Collaborate closely with the Service Team to ensure all customers in the region are provided a professional after-sales service. /liliSupport Sales Representatives in activities such as installations and demo/exhibitions. /liliConducts service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts (main focus in Medical Microscopy and Compound/Stereo Microscopy) /liliResponds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. /liliDiagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solution. /liliEscalates complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system Help our organization grow by high quality support of our existing customers and by helping us identify new customers and opportunities during your time in the field /li /ulh3The essential requirements of the job include: /h3ulliBachelor’s Engineer Degree Required or similar Fluent in English and Italian /liliExcellent Microsoft Office application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) /liliStrong communication skills /liliAbility to travel within the Triveneto Region and eventually to the rest of Regions in Italy. (Up to 70% travel) /liliMust have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. /liliAbility to lift, move or carry equipment tools. /li /ulh3It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: /h3ulliExperience in Confocal systems (maintenance and repairs). /liliHandling repairs, calibrations, upgrades and allied tasks. /liliNetworking, influencing, and communicating effectively across functions and at all levels. /liliTraining and/or coaching experience. /li /ulh3Other information /h3pThis role is classified under the applicable CCNL as second-level employee under the Commercio CBA , which defines minimum terms, job classification, and baseline progression frameworks. The expected gross annual salary range for this role is € 43.000 - € 57.000 , determined based on objective criteria such as experience, skills, and role-related competencies. This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay. This is the target earnings as 10 % of base annual salary, subject to objective eligibility criteria and performance conditions as set out in the applicable scheme terms and conditions.
