Per il potenziamento della struttura commerciale e marketing, siamo alla ricerca di un/una:
Una figura strategica e dinamica capace di guidare lo sviluppo commerciale, rafforzare il posizionamento del brand e contribuire alla crescita internazionale dell’azienda.
Cosa cerchiamoLa risorsa avrà un ruolo chiave nella definizione e nell’implementazione delle strategie sales & marketing, con focus su:
- sviluppo e consolidamento dei mercati nazionali ed esteri;
- definizione di strategie commerciali orientate alla crescita del business;
- analisi di mercato, competitor e trend di settore;
- gestione e sviluppo della rete clienti e partner internazionali;
- coordinamento delle attività marketing online e offline;
- supporto strategico al branding e al posizionamento aziendale;
- pianificazione di attività fieristiche ed eventi internazionali;
- collaborazione costante con direzione commerciale e management.
Cerchiamo professionisti con:
- esperienza consolidata in ruoli sales e marketing strategico;
- preferibile provenienza dai settori arredamento, design, luxury o manifatturiero;
- forte orientamento al business development internazionale;
- eccellenti capacità relazionali, negoziali e comunicative;
- approccio analitico e orientamento ai risultati;
- conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese;
- disponibilità a trasferte nazionali e internazionali;
- ottima padronanza degli strumenti digitali.
