pbAbout the Company /b /ppbr/ppYIBI Hantang supports international fashion, beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle brands exploring new categories and long-term growth opportunities in China. /ppWe help brands evaluate opportunities beyond their core business while protecting their identity and long-term value. /ppbr/ppbAbout the Role /b /ppbr/ppWe are seeking a bCategory Manager based in Milan /b to support projects across beauty, fragrance, fashion, wellness, and lifestyle categories. /ppThe role is suited to professionals who understand category strategy, consumer demand, product portfolios, and how brands expand into adjacent opportunities. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliAnalyze category trends across beauty, fragrance, fashion, wellness, and lifestyle. /liliEvaluate potential category-extension opportunities. /liliAssess consumer demand, competition, positioning, and market potential. /liliSupport product portfolio and category strategy discussions. /liliIdentify emerging brands and consumer trends in Italy and Europe. /liliProvide insights into product opportunities and market movements. /liliSupport selected brands exploring new categories in China. /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications /b /ppbr/pulliExperience in category management, product strategy, merchandising, consumer insights, or brand management. /liliExperience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer products is preferred. /liliStrong understanding of consumer trends and category dynamics. /liliCommercial and analytical mindset. /liliExperience working with international brands is an advantage. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequired Skills /b /ppbr/ppCategory Management /ppCategory Strategy /ppBeauty /ppFragrance /ppLifestyle Brands /ppConsumer Insights /ppProduct Strategy /ppBrand Extension /ppRemote, contract-based and project-oriented. /ppbr/ppbEqual Opportunity Statement /b /ppbr/ppYIBI Hantang is committed to providing equal opportunities and values diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences.
