Avrai l’opportunità di guidare progetti e di proporre soluzioni migliorative in un’azienda industriale dinamica. /ph3Responsabilità /h3ulliGestione progetti RD: coordinamento operativo delle attività in collaborazione con il responsabile RD e definizione delle priorità /liliSviluppo prodotto: gestione autonoma delle richieste cliente, definizione formulazioni, test di laboratorio e validazione /liliOttimizzazione materiali: miglioramento delle prestazioni dei film, riduzione degli scarti e incremento qualità /liliInterfaccia tecnica: rapporto con clienti e fornitori per specifiche, test applicativi e risoluzione di problemi /liliGestione non conformità: analisi difetti, azioni correttive/preventive e gestione ritiro/recupero materiale /liliCoordinamento laboratorio qualità: definizione criteri di ispezione, gestione strumenti e tarature, supervisione team /liliSupporto applicativo: assistenza tecnica presso clienti per prove, validazioni e troubleshooting /li /ulh3Requisiti fondamentali /h3ulliTecnologia dei film plastici: estrusione, coestrusione, accoppiamento, stampa /liliNormative e sistemi qualità: EN 10/2011, BRC-IOP, SPC, metodi statistici /liliMetrologia e test: strumenti di misura, prove meccaniche, barriera, proprietà ottiche e funzionali /liliAnalisi dati e conoscenza dei materiali polimerici /liliMiglioramento continuo: 5W, Six Sigma, problem solving strutturato /liliLeadership operativa e coordinazione di team /liliComunicazione efficace con clienti, fornitori e funzioni interne /liliProblem solving e orientamento al risultato /liliTecnologia dei film plastici: estrusione, coestrusione, accoppiamento, stampa /liliConoscenza normative e sistemi qualità: EN 10/2011, BRC-IOP, SPC /liliMetrologia e prove: strumenti di misura, prove meccaniche, proprietà ottiche e funzionali /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
