Then come work with us and be part of MSC’s family! /p h3SDM Manager /h3 pMSC Technology Italia is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Management (SDM) Manager to join its Global Operations Center in Turin. /p pThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery, performance, availability, resilience, and continuous improvement of IT services and infrastructure, acting as a key link between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and global IT functions. /p pThis role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in IT Service Management, Infrastructure Cloud Operations, and mission-critical environments, with a focus on operational excellence, service quality, and continuous improvement. /p h3Reporting Line /h3 ul liHierarchical: Global CISO Turin’s Head of Infrastructure and Security /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure the delivery, performance, availability, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and operational services. /li liOversee Infrastructure Cloud Operations across enterprise, hybrid cloud, and mission-critical environments. /li liManage Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management processes in line with ITIL best practices. /li liMonitor and govern SLAs, KPIs, service performance, availability, and operational quality, driving remediation and improvement actions. /li liAct as the key interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, security functions, vendors, and external service providers. /li liSupport the management and evolution of Microsoft Azure Foundation, hybrid cloud environments, and enterprise infrastructure services. /li liLeverage ITSM, monitoring, observability, and reporting platforms such as ServiceNow, Datadog, and Power BI to drive service governance and performance analysis. /li liSupport Business Continuity, Service Resilience, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and operational efficiency. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. /li liProven experience in Service Delivery Management, IT Operations, Infrastructure Management, or similar leadership roles. /li liStrong technical background in enterprise infrastructure, including systems, networks, databases, security, and mission-critical services. /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Azure Foundation, hybrid cloud architectures, and cloud service models including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. /li liExperience with ServiceNow, Datadog, or equivalent ITSM, monitoring, and observability platforms. /li liKnowledge of Linux and Windows environments, automation, scripting, DevOps practices, and remote access technologies such as Citrix. /li liStrong knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management, including Incident, Problem, Change, Major Incident Management, SLA governance, and service reporting. /li liStrong stakeholder and vendor management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and continuous improvement skills, with professional proficiency in English. /li /ul h3Diversity and Inclusion /h3 pThis job posting is open to all individuals, regardless of gender, age, ethnic origin, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or any other personal characteristic, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations on equal opportunities and inclusion (Italian Legislative Decree No. 198/2006, as subsequently amended, and Italian Legislative Decrees No. 215/2003 and No. 216/2003). /p pIn compliance with applicable pay transparency legislation, we provide the following information regarding the initial remuneration envisaged for this position. /p pThe position will be classified within the Employee or Quadro category, at one of the C2, C3, B1 or B2 levels, or Quadro classification, under the Italian Metalworking Industry National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria). /p pThe classification level and any additional remuneration components supplementing the base salary will be determined based on an assessment, carried out during the selection process, of objective and neutral criteria such as, by way of example, the candidate’s professional experience, technical skills, level of autonomy, and the responsibilities required by the role. /p h3What we offer /h3 pWe offer a range of benefits including new Learning opportunities, a comprehensive Welfare System, Life and Health Insurance, Modern Workstation and Discounts within the MSC group. /p pMoreover, MSC Technology Italy fosters a culture of innovation and wellbeing by simultaneously pursuing various initiatives.
