Global Training & Development Architect

Experteer Italy is looking for a skilled Training and Development Specialist to design and deliver global training initiatives aligned with Technogym’s HR strategy. You will create onboarding and talent management programs while managing the e-learning platform.

Your role will include developing training programs, monitoring KPIs, and supporting management in development needs. A C1 level in Italian and English is required, along with experience in training and development.
