Project Manager Due Diligence

Everybody in the Currie Brown family, no matter how experienced they are, plays their own unique part in our success and have fun along the way. /p pbThe role – what is it we would like you to do? /b /p pCurrie Brown is currently looking for a Project Manager specializing in due diligence. /p pbYour core duties will involve: /b /p ul liOversee and manage the due diligence process for all real estate acquisitions, ensuring that all aspects of the analysis are thoroughly examined /li liCollect, review, and evaluate critical documents related to property management, including leases, property condition reports, property documents, environmental assessments, etc. /li liIdentify and assess potential risks related to real estate transactions, including legal, environmental, and operational risks, and recommend mitigation strategies /li liEnsure deadlines are met and communication is clear and smooth between all parties involved. /li liBe the main point of contact between the client and external consultants (surveyors, environmental engineers, surveyors, etc.) /li liPrepare complete due diligence reports (technical, administrative, ESG and/or high level) also in coordination with other internal departments, for legal aspects or for the drafting of Capex Plans. /li /ul pbWhat skills and attributes are we looking for from you: /b /p ul liTechnical delivery experience gained within the construction industry /li liGood technical writing, client-facing and communication skills /li liWell-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute /li liA team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible /li liBSc in construction management, architecture, building surveying or equivalent /li liExperience in the education sector environment would be advantageous /li liExperience of fit-out projects /li liRisk management qualifications or experience /li /ul h3About Us /h3 pbWhy choose Currie Brown? /b /p pUnlike some businesses, we prioritise for the long term and honour our commitments.
