Overview
In this HR leadership role, you partner with plant leadership to translate manufacturing priorities into a comprehensive people strategy. You will drive workforce planning, organizational change, and employee relations across multiple sites in Marche, balancing operational needs with long-term capability. You will lead the deployment of Group HR processes, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives, shaping a high-performance culture. This position offers visibility across regional manufacturing while staying close to plant realities to sustain safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsabilità
- Partner with Operations and plant leadership to convert business priorities into an integrated HR plan
- Advise on organization design, workforce planning, productivity, and skills implications of decisions
- Support organizational transformation, technology adoption, and change initiatives with clear communication
- Promote a high-performance, accountable and inclusive culture aligned with Ariston Group values
- Lead workforce planning across the site and coordinate recruitment priorities with Talent Acquisition
- Build capability plans through skills assessment, upskilling, reskilling, and leadership development
- Support internal mobility and cross-site collaboration to strengthen the talent pipeline
- Lead industrial relations and maintain constructive relationships with unions and employee representatives
- Ensure compliance with Italian labour law, collective agreements and local procedures
- Own HR dashboards and provide actionable insights on headcount, costs, turnover, injuries, and other indicators
- Partner with Finance on labour-cost planning, forecasting and productivity actions
- Contribute to World Class Manufacturing and People Development priorities and digitalize HR processes
- Ensure training and requirements tied to quality, environmental, and health & safety management
- Strengthen employee listening and engagement and promote inclusion and well-being
- Lead WCM People Development as Pillar Leader
Requisiti fondamentali
- Significant HR leadership experience in manufacturing or complex industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of Italian labour law and union relations
- Proven business partnering, workforce planning, organizational change, and talent management experience
- Understanding of lean manufacturing or World Class Manufacturing methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with HR data and digital tools
- Fluency in Italian; professional proficiency in English
- Ability to influence senior leaders while staying connected to operational realities
