Regulatory Affairs Intern - FGAS & Building Energy Standards

Job Summary:

To reinforce our Legislative Compliance – FGAS and Thermal Cadastre operations, we are hiring an intern . You will assist with paperwork organization, client communication, and statutory compliance checks.

Responsibilities:

• Address and triage customer messages regarding regulatory obligations;
• Examine, certify, and structure technical and administrative materials for FGAS and Energy Efficiency Control Reports (RCEE) ;
• Maintain up-to-date entries on government portals and internal compliance software.
• Coordinate with technical staff to guarantee punctual fulfillment of legal and regulatory targets;
• Join the team for field audits and on-location support activities as circumstances dictate.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma, ideally oriented toward Thermal/Plumbing , Energy , Mechanics , or similar;
• Passionate about facility regulations and compliance administration;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with solid Excel and Word capabilities;
• Accurate, methodical, and detail-conscious;
• Strong interpersonal communication and client-centric values;
• Flexible to split time between office administration and client-site visits.
