The opportunity

The EY-Parthenon – Strategy team in Italy currently has exciting and inspiring opportunities. We are seeking to recruit new professionals for the Milan office, providing broader responsibilities, more exposure to clients, and significant opportunities for personal growth and development.

Your key responsibilities

• Engage with clients as a true business advisor, understanding key business drivers and co-developing approaches.
• Project manage teams and collaborate with members across EY, forming strong internal links within transaction support and other departments.
• Collect and utilize relevant business and industry information, applying strategic and commercial evaluation techniques.
• Deliver structured engagements, managing client relationships on a day-to-day basis.
• Develop junior resources through on-the-job training and formal EY-P training modules.

Skills and attributes for success

• Master’s degree in business engineering or economics; an MBA is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to shape business agendas and define strategic roadmaps.
• Experience in transaction processes and strategic questions.
• Excellent people and leadership skills, including cross-functional collaboration and team management.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity, team player, and excellent communicator.
• A good knowledge of the Office suite and the English language, as well as familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools.

For this position, the expected salary range is between EUR 45,000 and EUR 55,000, determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria. The employment relationship is governed by the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio); the contractual and collective bargaining level, together with the applicable terms and conditions, will be determined in line with the experience and professional profile of the candidate selected through the recruitment process.
