Profilo Middle: 3-5 anni di esperienza, autonomia operativa, forte attitudine all'apprendimento Profilo Senior: 5+ anni di esperienza, autonomia operativa e gestionale, competenze tecniche avanzate Descrizione dell’attività: Gestione operativa delle attività di backup e restore su ambienti cloud e ibridi Monitoraggio dei job, analisi degli esiti e risoluzione delle anomalie Esecuzione di restore su richiesta e test periodici di ripristino / disaster recovery Definizione e manutenzione delle policy di retention in linea con i requisiti di RPO/RTO Troubleshooting, automazione e redazione di documentazione operativa Competenze richieste: Esperienza su almeno uno dei principali cloud provider: Microsoft Azure, AWS e/o GCP Conoscenza dei servizi nativi di backup e disaster recovery dei cloud provider (es. Azure Backup / Azure Site Recovery, AWS Backup, GCP Backup and DR) Conoscenza di Commvault: configurazione di policy, storage, job di backup e restore, monitoraggio e reportistica Nice to have: Esperienza su altre soluzioni di data protection enterprise (es. Veeam, Veritas NetBackup, Rubrik o similari) Esperienza di backup di VM, database (SQL Server, Oracle o similari), file system e workload containerizzati (Kubernetes / AKS / EKS) Esperienza su automazione e scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible o similari) Certificazioni Commvault e/o cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) Abitudine a operare in ambienti strutturati Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata Dettagli del ruolo: Modalità di lavoro: Full remote Orario: Full time Disponibilità: a partire da Ottobre 2026 CCNL Commercio RAL prevista: €28.000 - €40.000
