Responsabile tecnico di Cantiere / Project Manager

Atlante Costruzioni è alla ricerca di una figura qualificata per la posizione di Responsabile Tecnico di Cantiere / Project Manager.
Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea in ingegneria (preferibilmente edile o civile) o architettura, con un’esperienza consolidata nel ruolo. Avrà competenze di tipo manageriale e gestionale e informatiche - tecnologiche per l’uso dei software aziendali quali Pacchetto Office, Primus, Autocad, Gantt.
Requisito indispensabile la disponibilità a trasferte.
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Organizzazione e gestione del cantiere (orari, processi, pause, materiali, etc.)
- Impiego dei mezzi
- Rispetto della normativa antinfortunistica
- Controllo dell’esecuzione del progetto
- Controllo dei materiali
- Contabilità dei lavori (SAL attivi e passivi)
