HR Business Partner (Multi-sites)

CEME Group is an international industrial group, a leader in the design and production of solutions and systems for fluid management.

We are looking for an HR Business Partner of the Precision Fluid Technologies Business Unit, based in Trivolzio (PV) who will act as a key point of reference also for our sites across Europe, North America, Mexico, and Asia.

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team and will report hierarchically to the BU CEO.

The role aims to support organizational growth and performance by aligning HR strategies with strategy. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to management on all people-related matters, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and engaging work environment while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and corporate policies in our Worldwide offices located in Europe, North America, Mexico and Asia.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

Strategic Partnership & Advisory

• Partner with the BU leadership team to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide expert HR guidance to managers on organizational design, performance management, leadership development, change initiative, change leadership and decision making.
• Analyze key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, workforce composition, competencies) to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.

Talent Management & Development

• Cooperate with the headquarter in supporting HR process such as performance management, talent review, training review, training and development needs and succession planning within the Business Unit
• Promote employee engagement, organizational culture, and well-being initiatives.

Employee Relations & Industrial Relations

• Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, ensuring a positive and constructive work environment.
• Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary matters, in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Handle relationships and negotiations with trade unions and works councils (RSU), as well as with local employer associations.
• Oversee labor disputes and ensure appropriate resolution processes.

HR Operations & Governance

• Ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and procedures.
• Guarantee compliance with labor regulations and company standards across the Business Unit.

Projects & Change Management

• Participate in and lead cross-functional projects related to organizational transformation and change management.
• Support HR digitalization initiatives and process optimization.
• Contribute to internal communication and employer branding activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education

• Degree in Psychology, Economics, Law, Political Science, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or specialization in Human Resources Management is a plus.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or Talent/People Specialist.
• Previous experience in industrial and/or multinational environments is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• Solid knowledge of HR practices, labor law, and industrial relations.
• Proven experience in key HR processes such as performance management, talent development, and compensation review cycles.
• Fluent knowledge of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
