Programmatic Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Set, manage, and report on all activities connected with programmatic buying campaigns.
• Develop strategic relationships with internal and external clients.
• Promote programmatic adoption internally, focusing on programmatic media (CTV, DOOH, web radio).
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of best practices, strategies, and solutions within the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 2‑3 years of experience in media agencies, with solid exposure to online marketing and digital advertising activities, including display, CPM, and CPA models.
• Previous experience within a trading desk is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of the programmatic buying ecosystem and of ad‑server tracking systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet tools, and Outlook.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
• Ability to review campaign details carefully, work with limited supervision, and work effectively with team members.
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly when priorities or timelines change.

Pay Range

Salary range: €31,000 - €40,000 (CCNL Commercio – 3rd Level or 2nd Level). Pay range is provided in line with the European Pay Transparency Directive; the final offer will be based on relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
