Position

We are looking for a CRM Analyst who is eager to contribute to the evolution of digital solutions dedicated to customer relationship management. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and collaborative team, playing a key role in analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing sales and customer service processes through the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, translating operational needs into innovative, high-value solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and gather functional requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the evolution of CRM, Customer Service, Field Service, and customer portal platforms.
• Design and implement application solutions that support business objectives and enhance the user experience.
• Manage corrective and evolutionary maintenance activities for CRM applications and integrated custom solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, technology partners, and key users to ensure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Support end users through training, coaching, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in digital transformation projects, contributing to the adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 best practices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in roles such as Functional Analyst, Application Analyst, or CRM Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, particularly the following modules:
  • Sales
  • Marketing / Customer Insights
  • Customer Service
  • Field Service
• Experience in the configuration and functional customization of Dynamics 365.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills, results-oriented mindset, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Degree in a STEM discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields).
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including:
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Power BI
• Experience in digital transformation and customer experience environments.
