In this role, you will lead manufacturing operations for the bC-Ball product line /b, driving safety, quality, delivery performance, and operational excellence across assembly and testing activities. You will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and other key partners to support business objectives, optimize production processes, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a manufacturing leader who enjoys developing people, building cross-functional partnerships, and contributing to the growth of an evolving production operation.br/bIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:br/ /b /pulliLead daily production activities across assembly, lapping, testing, and related manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives are achieved. /liliLead, coach, and support production leaders and manufacturing employees, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration, and continuous learning. /liliPartner with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Production Control, and Maintenance teams to establish priorities and ensure effective execution of production plans. /liliCoordinate mechanical assembly and testing activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations while maintaining the highest quality standards. /liliPromote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and operational requirements. /liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, waste reduction, quality enhancement, and process efficiency. /liliMonitor operational performance metrics and implement sustainable corrective actions to improve productivity, quality, and delivery performance. /liliSupport new product introduction and production ramp-up activities through close collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams. /liliEvaluate manufacturing methods, process capability, equipment utilization, and resource allocation to improve operational effectiveness. /liliFacilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of business objectives. /liliSupport operational planning and resource management activities while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall manufacturing performance. /liliDevelop and implement long-term improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, operational capability, and team effectiveness. /li /ulbWho You Are:br/ /bYou build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. The salary range for this role is from 38.000 to 57.200 EURannually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
