Environmental & Energy Iso system and emission specialist - Alba Plant

About the Role:

For our Plant in Alba we are currently looking for a Environmental & Energy Iso system and emission specialist , who will play a key role in the management, maintenance, and continuous development of environmental and energy management systems.

Main Responsibilities:

As Environmental & Energy ISO Systems Specialist , part of your responsibilities will be to ensure the effective implementation and enhancement of ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and biofuel certification (DM 294/2024) , supporting the plant in achieving and maintaining certification compliance.

You will develop and consolidate processes related to environmental and energy management systems, while also serving as a referent for Sustainability Training and Sustainability Communication Programs . In addition, you will act as the plant reference for emissions legal compliance , ensuring adherence to permit requirements. Your role will also include providing technical support for the optimization of air emission treatment systems and managing air emission measurement campaigns, coordinating both internal and external analyses.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will bring your Master’s Degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Management, Environmental or Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline, together with some experience in a relevant and similar role.

You will have a solid knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 , along with familiarity with biofuel certification , and competencies related to air emissions abatement systems .

You will bring attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and a target-oriented approach , combined with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Strong communication and presentation skills, developed in a multicultural environment, will allow you to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.

A good command of English and italian , advanced MS Office skills and autocad , and availability for future international mobility will complete your profile.

What we offer:

The role is classified at Level Quadro 1S under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €50.083. The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 10% of base salary. The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
